(D-P) What does TPU stand for?

a. TPU stands for TimedPickUps.

(D) Do I work for TPU or am I self employed?

a. You are self employed if you are a driver. We give you a platform to create your own customer base.

(D) How do I get requests with the TPU app?

a. There are two ways to receive request such as:

1. You give a Passenger your DIN so they can schedule you through the app.

2. A Passenger can also instanly request you if you are the Driver closest by.

(D) Are there any cleaning fees or damage fees?

a. If a Passenger leaves a mess that requires major detailing or cleaning, there will be a $200 fee added to the Passengers bill. If the mess can easily be cleaned you will not get the amount for the mess. Get a broom.

b. If a Passenger damages any part of your vehicle we ask you show proof and call the police to make a report.

c. The Passengers PIN (Passenger Identification Number) will be in the app. Fill out an incident report through the TPU website so that we will be able to do an investigation and charge the Passenger for damaged property.

d. If the damage exceeds $500 you are required to press charges if you feel the need to do so.

e. Do not take matters into your own hands. If you need immediate assitance and are in a state of emergency call 911.

(D) Does TPU make any profit of the Driver?

a. If TPU gets you a scheduled ride, we take 10% out of every trip that you take.

b. The way we also take a profit is if you get an instant request of our application.

(D) How much can I make every week driving for TPU?

a. We can't give you an estimate of what you can make a week because it depends on how much you drive and how far the Passenger is going.

b. We can tell you that you will keep 100% of your earnings if you get your own clients to schedule you.

c. You make 1000 you keep 1000 we do not keep anything from your profits made on your own.

(D-P) Is there a fee to use the app for Drivers & Passengers?

a. There is a fee of 10.00 a month that the Driver pays to use the app plus a 2.00 Driver safety fee included which makes it 12.00 total a month.

b. The Driver pays 2.00 to be assured that the Passenger has also gone through a background check.

c. Passengers do not pay to use the TPU app.

(D-P) What is a DIN?

a. We have created a new system called the Drivers Identification Number (DIN). We use that number to identify you when a Passenger wants to request you personally for a scheduled TimedPickUp through the TPU app.

b. It is also used to identify the Driver when they call in to speak with our support staff.

(D-P) What is a PIN?

a. We have created a new system called the Pasengers Identification Number (PIN). We use that number to identify you when you want to speak with someone on our support staff.

(D) Do I have to drive a certain minimum a week?

a. No, you drive whenever you want. You work for yourself and make your own hours. We would like for you to be online daily so you can make lots of money and new friends.

(D) How do I get paid?

a. We pay you every Thursday. When you fill out our application form we ask a few financial questions so that we can pay you through Direct Deposit.

b. We use a third party company named Stripe to take payments from your passengers then trasnfer them to you.

c. If you already have a Stripe account you can connect it directly to TPU. Connect Your Stripe Account.

(D-P) Does TPU Lease Cars out?

No, we do not currently lease cars out but we will let everyone via the TPU app when we start leasing cars out.

(D) Can I get paid everyday?

a. We do not currently pay everyday but we will let you know as soon as we are able too pay you instantly or let you transfer your funds any time.

(D) I live in a town where there is a shortage of Rideshare Drivers, How will I get request?

a. We recommend that you have business cards made and have your DIN on it so that people will be able to schedule you for rides. We will give you a template or you can create your own.

b. Word of mouth is a good way to get the word around about TPU to both Drivers & Passengers so people get familiar with our software.

(D) Does TPU find Passengers for their Drivers?

a. No, we do not find you Passengers. We only provide the app so that you can use it to build your own Passenger Network.

b. As more people use the app you will receive random requests from TPU Passengers looking for a way to get around Instantly.

(D-P) Can I get paid if I get Drivers or Passengers to sign up for TPU?

a. Yes, you get 5.00 for every new Driver you get to work with the TPU app and is paying the monthly fee.

b. If you are a Driver it is reccommended that you give the new Driver your DIN so that they can add it to their application form to let us know you reffered them.

c. If you are a Passenger getting new Drivers to sign up you will also have a Pin that you can give to the new Driver or New Passenger to sign up with. For every new Driver you get to register with TPU you will also get 5.00.

(D) What are the steps to getting hired to work with TPU?

a. First thing you want to do is fill out the application so we can get information about you.

b. We do a background check to make sure that you have no past major criminal records.

c. If everything checks out we will inform you by call, text or email if approved.

d. We then create a DIN for you with a Car ID so that you will be able to login to drive.

(D) Do you provide Insurance for the Drivers?

a. No, we do not provide Insurance for the Drivers.

b. We require the Driver to be covered by their own insurance company. It must be able to cover both Driver and Passenger(s).

c. We are working on being the number 1 Rideshare Insurance Company in the world. We will notify you by your app when you will be able to purchase Insurance from us. (Commercial | Liability)

d. If you have the fund to be covered by our insurer we will get you connected so that you will have the right insurance for your vehicle and passengers.

(D) Are we allowed to collect tips from Passengers?

Yes, it is okay to collect tips from your Passengers.

(D-P) Is TPU available World Wide?

a. Yes, TPU is available to Passengers and Drivers all over the world that are looking for information on how to get around and to transport people.

(D) Am I allowed to use a Rental/Leased vehicle to drive for TPU?

a. You can use a rental as long as you have the Insurance in your name to cover you and your Passengers riding with you.

b. You can use a rental car if the person or company renting it to you allows you to use it for a Ride for Hire network. TPU is not liable for any damages or items that come up missing from the vehicle.

(D-P) Does TPU transport the elderly, disabled & pets?

a. TPU has many safe options to transport the elderly and people with disabilities.

b. We have different vehicles to make sure that everyone is safe.

c. We also require Drivers to have blankets in their trunk for people with pets.

(D-P) Can I drive TPU in other states?

a. Yes, you can Drive TPU in other states as long as TPU is registered in that state.

b. Your car will also have to meet the states requirements and also be registered to drive there if required.

c. You will be required to have your background checked for the new state if you will wish to be permanent.

d. We give you a one week permit to work in the new state if you are there visiting, after that you will not longer be able to use the app but in your registered state.

(D) Are there any Benefits for the TPU Drivers?

a. We are working with different companies for Benefits that will include Medical, Dental, Vision & Life Insurance. Our Drivers will also benefit with our DayCare & NightCare plan.

b. We are also working with different companies so that you will be able to also save on other things for example and not limited to - Phone Services, Sports Event Tickets, Concerts, Coming Attractions, Airlines, Busses, Cruise Tickets & more.

(D-P) Do you send out Event Notifications?

a. Yes, we send out notifications to Drivers & Passengers.

(D) How do I become a Driver for TPU?

a. We have our application on the Drivers Application page. Fill out the form then proceed to download the Drivers app and also Register within the Drivers app so that we can setup your profile.

(D) How long does it take for me to be approved to drive?

a. It might take up to 48 hours for you to be approved.

b. Your application is looked over while we also do a background check.

c. We also check your vehicles sheet to see if it meets TPU & your states requirements.

(D) Can I pick up at the airport and what are the requirements?

a. Yes, you can pick up at the airport if your car meets the requirements and you have the TPU sticker for your windsheild.

b. You car has to be 2010 and above

c. You must have the TPU hang tag which we will mail out to you or we will let you know where you can pick one up.

d. You can not hang around the Terminal doors, you must wait at the designated areas for Rideshare Drivers.

(D) Are there any penalties for the Driver?

a. Yes, the Driver gets penalized if he or she is not at the destination 10 minutes before the TPU.

b. If the Driver does not let a dispatcher at TPU know before the hour of pickup for the Passenger that they can not make the TPU.

b. The Driver will be charged a 15.00 cancelation fee.

(P) Are there any penalties for the Passenger?

a. Yes, the Passenger gets penalized if he or she cancels the TPU within the hour of the TPU.

b. The Passenger will be charged a 10.00 cancelation fee.

(D-P) What if I don't want to Drive can I make money another way with TPU?
